Fine Orthodontics has been treating patients for more than 30 years. The team is led by specialist orthodontist, Dr. Martin Fine, who has experience in managing complex and difficult cases. We’re constantly evolving the technologies and treatments we use to give our patients the best possible outcome. Your well-being is at the heart of everything we do. All of our staff is undergoing constant training, as we always strive to be better than the day before. Dr Fine and his team want to ensure that you can benefit from the newest innovations and advancement at all times.
Fine Orthodontics started over 30 years ago in Bondi Junction. The Fine Orthodontics Maroubra location opened in 2011.

We have the knowledge and skills needed to treat the unique needs of your child in an inviting and comfortable environment.
Remote Monitoring
We know your time is precious. With Remote Monitoring, we can perform many of the necessary checks remotely. Office visits can be less frequent, so you'll save time while still receiving the care you need.
Everything On-site
At our NoFrownZone practices, we do orthodontics exclusively. We don't do any general dental work (we leave that to your dentist). So, we're able to focus on orthodontics and have all the specialised orthodontic equipment we need on site.
Digital Technology
Our digital systems include 3D x-rays, 3D cameras and software systems, enabling us to offer comfortable, effective, and efficient treatment.

We use the latest technology to help deliver a customised treatment plan for each of our patients.
Your 3D x-ray data is viewed with special software, allowing assessment of your teeth and jaws from all angles.
We also take advantage of the latest 3D optical scanners for scanning your teeth and smile. These scans form the basis of the plan to create digitally customised braces treatment or aligners like Invisalign®.
Or, you might prefer to take the FineLine and have your aligners made on-site with our industry-leading technology.
No need for messy moulds…
3D Technology
So that you are most comfortable, Dr Fine has sourced the fastest and most accurate scanning technology. Our intraoral scanners have won the 'Best of the Class' award in 2022. Fine Orthodontics is one of the few practices that is fully digital and has no use for gooey moulds at all!
Our advanced 3D XRays allow us to easily pick up tooth eruption issues before they become difficult to manage.
Live a busy lifestyle, No worries…
Remote Monitoring
Before Remote Monitoring, you would have needed to come in to see us for each check appointment.
With Remote Monitoring, we are able to do many of the braces or aligners checks remotely. So you may not have to visit as much during your treatment.
Simply snap some pictures of your teeth with your smartphone and upload them to us via our Remote Monitoring app. We will review the photos to see how your teeth are progressing. When it is time to visit the clinic, you'll receive an alert.
