FineLine vs. Traditional Aligners
Most clear aligner systems work by providing clinicians with smile design software, which they use to plan and customise a series of aligners. The aligners are generally produced overseas, and shipped as a complete set to your local clinic.
The FineLine system is different, because all aspects of the system are produced right here, in our on-site digital orthodontic laboratory. By leveraging our experience working with a variety of aligner systems, insight into dental material science, biomechanics and digital orthodontic software, we were able to create a system perfectly balanced to meet the needs of many patients.
This has resulted in FineLine, where we are able to control each of the phases of the aligner process.
As FineLine clear aligners are designed and produced locally in our on-site lab, FineLine is associated with a relatively fast turnaround. As shipping is not required, FineLine can be ready in as little as 24 hours if required.

Dr Fine's own aligner system FineLine is a great option in many cases, and is available exclusively at Fine Orthodontics. FineLine uses the best available materials and the latest technologies and techniques in Clear Aligner design and manufacture. When choosing where to have your treatment, it is important to remember that the success of your treatment will depend on the experience and ability of the clinician who plans and manages your treatment.
